It takes visionary thinking to design a landmark. As a new global icon emerges it is the partnership between world-renowned architects and passionate developers that will leave a lasting legacy.
At the heart of Atrio will be space for people to gather and to socialize with cafés, restaurants, playgrounds and gardens.
Atrio is an exciting new addition to the cityscape and one designed for all of its people.
A vision of
Atrio is designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, the London practice led by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Lord Richard Rogers.
Known for designing the spaces between buildings as much as the buildings themselves, RSH+P’s vision for Atrio includes the largest privately developed public space in the city.
It was a shared vision between architect and developer to mix public and private worlds so they can co-exist and intermingle.
The towers are set at a diagonal and touch the ground lightly. With narrowed bases the ground floor public area is opened up for all to enjoy, connecting to the surrounding streets.
A Spatial Vision

“Rogers is a champion of urban life and believes in the potential of the city to be a catalyst for social change.” RSH+P
for the city
Mixing commercial with residential, retail with a hotel, Atrio’s towers will provide a new focal point in the city for its citizens.
As a first for Bogota Atrio will introduce its people to a new way to work and a new way to live, happily, side by side.
